Wow. I haven't seen Stainboy since high school. It's kind of cool that AtomFilms (the renamed spinoff of what was once the Shockwave media portal) has archived some of it's original media. Can you find Radiskull and Devil Doll too?
This series was one of a few that were produced for the Shockwave site to showcase what the new-fangled Macromedia Flash could do. They were among the first Flash animations to have real financial backing, and a portal to host and push them.
Ah, internet memories. To think that it was only 8 years ago.
